Howson Fell Ltd was founded in 2025 by Jonathan Howson (Building Surveyor) and Helen Stocks (née Fell) (Town Planner). Both Jonathan and Helen grew up in the Lake District, Cumbria and have a shared passion for property and the built environment. In combining their knowledge and expertise for all things building related, Howson Fell Ltd specialises in Residential Building Surveys with a strong focus on providing a tailored service to help you make informed decisions before purchasing a property.

With extensive experience surveying properties across Cumbria and beyond, we have a deep understanding of the Lake District’s vernacular architecture, including traditional stone-built properties.
